All candidates who apply for a role associated with an already-created Job Role DNA™ take the PATH Assessment®, and their PATH results are scored against its corresponding Job Role DNA™. Through this sequence, the final Job Role DNA™ results help you pinpoint the ideal candidates to move forward.
